Accompanied by Zhou Xuegong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Luohe Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Luo Jing, member of the Party group and executive vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Mr. Tan Fanbin and his delegation first arrived at Shilin. Tian Jingwei, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the trade union of Shilin, warmly welcome the delegation and gave a report about Shilin.

慰问组首先深入分厂生产一线，了解企业生产情况并看望一线职工，对企业和职工为社会经济发展做出的贡献表示感谢和敬意。 随后，慰问组和公司领导就企业生产经营和市场前景进行了座谈，对目前国内钢铁行业市场低迷、整体需求疲软的困境进行了交流。省总和市总领导鼓励企业要坚定信心、勇于创新，努力克服当前困难，省市两级工会将充分发挥工会组织桥梁和纽带作用，常态化支持和帮扶企业发展，继续当好企业职工的“娘家人”，持续助力企业发展。

座谈会后，谭凡斌主任代表河南省总工会为我公司送来双节送温暖慰问金伍万元。漯河市总工会此前已于2024年12月28日为我公司困难职工拨付两万零六百元双节慰问金，2025年1月22日漯河市总工会再次为他们每人发放了20斤大米、20斤面粉、5L食用油、一箱苹果等双节慰问物资。
